Ale & Wonder
A traditional Belgian Wheat Ale, this crisp wheat beer is made with real oranges and coriander for a bright, fresh and clean flavor. A subtle orange flavor with a touch of attitude. 10% of all sales goes to our non-profit partner, ConnectAbility.
Yahoola Haze
A New England-style IPA with a fresh hoppy character. Not too bitter, not too sweet. Heaps of tropical fruit flavor and a citrusy tang.
Irish Blessing
Back for St. Patrick’s Day 2025! The Irish Blessing Stout is a full-bodied ale, packed with flavor. This easy-drinking stout warms the palate with roasted chocolate flavors of rich dark malt and a subtle coffee finish.
Dog Bath IPA
A moderate hop aroma and a good malt balance. This American IPA is hopped with Centennial hops that produce a smooth citrus and pine flavor.
Auraria Red
This is an Irish red ale that combines five different malts and three hop varieties. Carefully blended and conditioned, it has the perfect balance. Caramel malt and chocolate fade to a roasted finish with a slight peaty tone.
Sam I Am Ale
The beer of all summer beers! This strawberry-rhubarb summer ale is light and refreshing. The sweetness of strawberries combined with the tartness of rhubarb with a specialty pie-crust flavored malt, makes this beer one in a million.
The Runaway
This is our special, easy drinking, blackberry blonde with an edge. Plush and balanced with tart and tangy blackberry notes, this one finishes with a slightly hoppy twist.
Dave’s Hard (Lemonade)
This is a first! A spiked sparkling lemonade. Brewed with high quality cane sugar and natural flavors including Amoretti lemon puree and pure lemon extract. A gluten-free beauty, perfect for a spring day in the mountains.
Lanier Lager
Inspired from the helles (German for light, as in color) lagers of Bavaria that combine a slightly sweet, full-bodied barley with mild hops and fruit esters.
The Farmers Daughter Blackberry Blonde
This friendly blonde is a special easy drinking, thirst-quenching classic. Plush, pillowy and smooth with notes of blackberry and a faint tart finish.
Our brewery is a 2-vessel, 5-barrel system that is capable of brewing approximately 155 gallons of beer per brew. We load the mash tun with 250 - 300lbs of malted barley, depending on the desired beer style and “mash in.” Our hops and barley are purchased from the finest growers in the U.S. and internationally. Some adjuncts, such as blackberries, strawberries and honey are sourced locally. When creating authentic beer, we seek out the highest quality ingredients to ensure our beer has the full flavor and excellence that define a great small-batch craft brewery.
